Do I need to sign up to buy?

We recommend that you sign up to purchase anything from Posu Bazaar and to keep up-to-date with the latest offers and promotions, but you may sign in as a guest to purchase.

I’ve forgotten my username. Now what?

If you’ve signed up before, then your information will be stored using your email address and we will email you your username info.

I’ve forgotten my password. Now what?

Click on “Lost your password?” under the sign in form and we’ll email you a new one.

Where does Posu Bazaar ship to? How much does it cost? How long will it take?

Posu Bazaar offers free international shipping with FedEx to all countries FedEx works with.

How much is shipping?

Glad you asked! Shipping is free orders $250 and over.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Depending on where you live, most items should arrive within 5-10 business days.

How can I cancel an order?

Cancelling an entire order

Up until 10 minutes of making the order, customers can call to cancel. Once an order has been cancelled, we cannot reinstate it.

After just 5-10 minutes: Kichy will review the order to see if it can be cancelled before shipment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Cancelling a single item in an order

Unfortunately, members are only able to cancel the entire order. Members can cancel the whole order and then submit a new order without the unwanted item.

Refunds

What is your return policy?

Kichy offers free 30-day returns.

To return an online purchase by post, just follow these instructions:

Fill in the returns note included in your package describing which item(s) you are returning, the quantity, and the reason for your return. Place this in the package with the items being returned.

Orders which include full-priced items will come with a complimentary returns label, which should be attached to the outside of your returns package.

We recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, like recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

My item arrived damaged/incorrect. What do I do?

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our International Customer Service team in the contact us section of this website. Please have your order number ready so our customer support team can resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.
